Thunder team announced for Renegades clash at Cricket Central

Sydney Thunder detail 14-player squad as they head into their first fixture at new home ground, Cricket Central.

Thunder are set to host Melbourne Renegades at Cricket Central tomorrow following their exciting victory over rivals Sixers on Sunday. 

The 42-run victory over their neighbor's in pink, sets them up nicely heading into the second game of their Weber WBBL|09 campaign. 

Sri Lankan superstar Chamari Athapaththu won Player of the Match thanks to her 52-run contribution with the bat and 3 wickets for just 20 runs with the ball. 

The first ball of the Cricket Central game is scheduled for 3.00pm (AEDT), broadcast live on, Fox Cricket, Kayo Sport and ABC Radio.

Marizanne Kapp comes back into the side replacing Lauren Bell, as per WBBL Guidelines only three overseas players may be named in a match day squad.  

Lauren Smith remains unavailable for selection due to a calf strain.
