PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Sydney Thunder tickets now include free metropolitan public transport to the SCG in your ticket price. Simply show your valid ticket, club or stadium membership to Transport NSW staff.
Parking is limited in the precinct, so we recommend public transport as the best option to get to the ground. The nearest train station is Central, and it’s a 15-minute walk up the hill (follow the signs) to the ground. From Central station it is an easy trip on the Light Rail to Moore Park and a short walk to the stadium.
If you are coming from Sydney’s East, then there are a number of buses that service the area via Oxford Street and Anzac Parade.
PARKING
If you plan to drive there are two paid parking stations:
EP2 and EP3 – Public parking on event days only ($30 fee per car). Entry to EP2 (Lower Kippax) via Driver Ave off Moore Park Road and EP3 (Showground) via Driver Avenue off Lang Road.
Entertainment Quarter Public parking (fees apply). Entry to the Entertainment Quarter parking via Lang Road.
For more information on getting to the Sydney Cricket Grounds, please visit their website here.
