Sydney Thunder are set to launch their BBL|14 campaign tomorrow, naming a 14-player squad for their clash with the Adelaide Strikers at Manuka Oval, Canberra.

The match marks a night of exciting firsts and returns for the club. If selected, Wes Agar, Lockie Ferguson, Sam Konstas and Sherfane Rutherford will make their Thunder debuts, while Sam Billings is in line to make a welcome return following a stint with the Brisbane Heat.
Adding to the significance of the evening, Thunder will celebrate First Nations Round. The match will feature a Welcome to Country and Barefoot Circle, and the team will wear a special playing shirt designed by Yuin artist Rheanna Lotter, representing unity, strength, and community.
Head Coach Trevor Bayliss said:
“We have a great mix of youth and experience in the squad, which is invaluable for any cricket team. Warner’s experience, in particular, will be a huge asset for us. He’s been excellent around the group so far, and we’re excited to see what he can deliver on the field, starting Tuesday night.”
