Thunder name 14-player squad for must-win clash with Scorchers

The squad features one new addition, with Tanveer Sangha making a return following a side-strain injury earlier this season.

Speaking on the significance of tomorrow night’s clash, Thunder allrounder Chris Green said: 

"If we can get the win tomorrow and carry that momentum against the Sixers, we’ll be pushing for another game here at ENGIE Stadium during the finals. It’s a huge occasion, and we can’t wait to see everyone there.

"The support this year has been amazing. I absolutely love running out in front of our home crowd, and tomorrow night will be no different. We got the win against the Scorchers last week, but will need to go to another gear for this game."

Sam Konstas rallied Thunder fans to make their way to ENGIE Stadium and show their support, emphasizing that it's more important now than ever:

"Tomorrow night could be the last game we play at ENGIE Stadium this season. It’s a massive game that could lock us into the finals and we need the help of our amazing fans out here in Western Sydney."
